By using Kaal Ghatika - Vedic Clock("the App"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Use of the App

The App is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the App to view Vedic time calculations based on the Surya Siddhanta system.

In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional in-app purchases for additional features or content. All purchases are processed through the respective app store and are subject to their refund policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Vedic time calculations will be perfectly accurate at all times
• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The results obtained from the App will meet your specific requirements

Vedic time calculations are approximations based on astronomical algorithms and should not be relied upon for critical decision-making.

Location Permissions

The App uses your device's geolocation to calculate sunrise and sunset times. You are responsible for granting or denying location permissions. If denied, the App will default to Ujjain coordinates (India's historical prime meridian).

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to design, code, graphics, and content, are owned by the developer, Kaal Ghatika. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
